3. How Western Auto Centre works

Western Auto Centre is not a direct lender and does not arrange or facilitate credit directly. When you submit an application, we work with service providers and may share application information with them to help connect you with a potential credit provider, vehicle dealership or financing opportunity. Approval, rates, terms, fees and vehicle availability are determined by third parties and are not guaranteed by Western Auto Centre.

4. Application authorization

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You authorize Western Auto Centre and its agents or affiliates, where permitted and with the consents presented during the application process, to:

• Collect relevant credit information from appropriate sources.
• Obtain consumer credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies.
• Contact you by phone, email, mail, text or social media.
• Provide updates about pre-qualification, lender offers, application status or denials.
• Share application details with affiliates, dealerships, credit reporting agencies, service providers or wholesale lead providers that may conduct their own searches to process your request.

You may withdraw consent to marketing communications by contacting support@westernautocentre.ca or using an unsubscribe option in an electronic message. Some processing may still be required to complete a request you initiated or meet legal obligations.

5. Third-party websites and services

We do not control or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party websites linked from this site. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Third-party services, financing programs and vehicle listings are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Age and permitted use
